 You are accepting theses terms when making a purchase from  Genetic Chef Reptiles LLC.  Live arrival is guaranteed except when there is a carrier delay. We sell captive healthy reptiles, properly sexed, feeding and  gene identification are  guarantied. All recessive genes are 100% identified sometimes we might not be able to fully identify a specific codominant gene. It will be marked as possible. For example a 4 gene animal will be priced as a 3 or 2 gene,  but possibly carrying more. We ship Monday Tuesdays and Wednesday by FedEx overnight shipping cost is a flat rate of $50.00 . We ship to your nearest FedEx hub, arrangements can be maid for home delivery upon request. We find that this is the safest for your new reptile.  You will need a valid I D at the time of pick up, If picking up at hub the name must match the name on the card used at time of  purchase. All reptiles are shipped with a full history of  date of birth, weight,   genetics and what is currently feeding. After sale care advise is always available upon request.  It is the customers responsibility once it is in there care. We advise that you are sure of your purchase before you commit to it . There is no refund or exchange. If an order needs to be canceled it can only be done with in 24 hours of purchase and before the order is shipped. A 10% fee will apply for processing. It is the customer's responsibility to check their state  reptile keeping Laws. We will only ship to the address on the card used to make the purchase and to PayPal verified accounts. Reptiles can also be picked up at a show that we will be vending at. Arrangements  need to be made at time of purchase. We accept most major credit cards Through square.
